Welcome to Ola Coffee, where we bring you the essence of Hawaiian coffee culture in every cup

In the Hawaiian language, the word "Ola" embodies health, life, and wellness, reflecting our love for Hawaii and the importance of healthy living. We proudly source our 100% Kona coffee from a single 15-acre family-owned farm nestled at 1,200 feet above sea level on the slopes of Mauna Loa volcano in South Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii. Our coffee cherries are meticulously hand-picked at peak ripeness, then washed and sun-dried on traditional "hoshidana" platforms, ensuring optimal flavor development.

We roast our beans in small 2.5 kg batches here in Kanazawa, offering both medium and light roasts. Our coffee delivers a balanced acidity and smooth flavor profile, free from any hint of harshness or bitterness. We recommend the pour-over method for brewing, though our coffee excels in French press and espresso preparations as well. Available in 500g, 300g, and 100g packs, as well as convenient single-cup drip bags, we are able to cater to various customer preferences.

In addition to Kona coffee, we will soon be importing premium Ethiopian Sidamo Arabica coffee directly from a local farmer cooperative in the Sidama region of Ethiopia grown at a very high elevation of 7,800 feet above sea level, bringing you exceptional beans from the very birthplace of coffee itself.
